Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant hasn't requested a trade, at least not yet. With Kyrie Irving recently giving the organization a list of his preferred destinations, there are rumblings that Durant will be the next to leave. However, according to ESPN NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski, there haven't been any discussions of the sort. The veteran was having another MVP-caliber year before missing time due to a knee injury, finishing the 2021-22 season by averaging 29.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 6.4 assists. There may be more to come surrounding this situation, although the 33-year-old should remain an elite fantasy option wherever he suits up moving ahead.
Dallas Mavericks forward/center Maxi Kleber had his $9 million salary become fully guaranteed. Throughout 59 games last season, the 30-year-old averaged 7.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.0 blocks. While he should get some minutes in 2022-23, his workload may be severely reduced if he remains in Dallas after the team signed JaVale McGee and acquired Christian Wood this offseason. Although injuries could change Kleber's fantasy projections, any effective outings this year will probably be few and far between.
Memphis Grizzlies forward John Konchar had his $2.3 million salary become fully guaranteed. The 26-year-old has been in the league for three years, all in Memphis, and has averaged 4.4 points, 3.8 boards, and 1.3 assists while shooting 40.6% from deep. It appears the Grizzlies want to keep him around, and it's possible he will receive a more prominent role in the rotation moving ahead after the team traded De'Anthony Melton to Philadelphia during the 2022 NBA Draft. Although that won't make Konchar an everyday fantasy option, he may get some work this season, so the streaming potential is there.

Philadelphia 76ers center Paul Reed has been putting in work this offseason. While the 23-year-old won't be on the team's roster for the Las Vegas Summer League, he will be suiting up for the Salt Lake City version. Reed, who was selected with the No. 58 pick of the 2020 NBA Draft, has averaged only 3.1 points and 2.4 rebounds throughout his two years as a professional. However, he appears to have a lock on the No. 2 spot on the depth chart behind Joel Embiid, so it's likely he gets consistent action this season. But considering Embiid has had issues remaining healthy over the years, Reed has plenty of streaming potential for fantasy managers moving ahead by getting some starts here and there. Yet, considering more moves may be on the horizon, that may change for better or worse.

With the regular season not starting until October, Brooklyn is in the driver's seat and may wait things out in hopes of receiving the best offer possible. Currently, the Suns, Heat, Raptors, and Warriors are teams that have been involved in trade rumors surrounding the veteran, although certainly, anything can happen moving ahead. However, regardless of where Durant goes next, he should continue being one of the best fantasy options on the planet.
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton is receiving interest from the Mavericks, according to Chris Fedor of The Plain Dealer. Dallas lost Jalen Brunson to the Knicks, who agreed to a four-year, $104 million deal this offseason, so the Mavs are left with a significant void to fill. However, it doesn't appear the Cavs are interested in dealing Sexton, at least for anything Dallas would be willing to offer. The 23-year-old, who remains a restricted free agent, was recently cleared to resume basketball activities after missing nearly all of last season with a knee injury. Nonetheless, as long as Sexton stays healthy, he has an excellent chance to continue to be an adequate fantasy producer moving ahead, no matter the franchise issuing his checks.
Toronto Raptors guard/forward Scottie Barnes appears to be off limits in any trade discussions involving superstar forward Kevin Durant. The Brooklyn Nets have made it clear that they want a massive return for Durant. The Raptors have reportedly made a strong package for Durant, but are extremely hesitant to include Barnes. It's not shocking to see the Raptors unwilling to trade the first-team all-rookie forward. The future is bright for Barnes and the Raptors want to keep him even if it cost them a chance at acquiring Durant.
Golden State Warriors center James Wiseman (knee) was able to play full-contact 5-on-5 on Sunday. This was the first time that Wiseman has done this since undergoing surgery. He missed the entire 2021-2022 season while recovering from his knee injury. The plan is for Wiseman to play in the summer league. This is the first step to getting the former No. 1 pick back into the fold. It'll be interesting to see how Wiseman fits into the Warriors rotation next season. Kevon Looney played above expectations last season and has earned himself a significant role. Perhaps the two big men split up the playing time at the center spot. If that happens, fantasy managers most likely won't be able to trust either player on a daily basis. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Warriors be extremely cautious with Wiseman. That being said, Looney appears to have the edge over him right now.

Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell is reportedly still available, according to ESPN NBA analyst Brian Windhorst. After the Jazz moved Rudy Gobert to Minnesota, Windhorst recently revealed that the overall consensus around the league is that the 25-year-old could still be dealt as well. While the relationship between both sides is not the best currently, making it seem Mitchell isn't up for grabs may be a way for the franchise to gain leverage in trade scenarios. Nonetheless, anything can happen regarding Mitchell's future with the Jazz. However, wherever he ends up next, he should continue to be an effective fantasy contributor.
