Darius Garland is Doubtful for Sunday

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's preseason game against the Boston Celtics. He was limited in camp earlier due to a left foot issue. Garland has some decent upside in the middle rounds of drafts, assuming he's healthy. The Cavs are rebuilding, so Garland should see plenty of action over the course of the season.

Rudy Gobert Pours In Season-High 25 Points During Win

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert continued to rebound the ball at an elite rate during Mondays victory over the Golden State Warriors, but in addition, he was nearly flawless from the field en route to a 25-point effort. Gobert, who snatched 14 rebounds, shot 11-for-12 and added two blocks for good measure. If there are any blemishes to be found from his dazzling performance, he did shoot just 3-for-9 from the free-throw stripe, an ailment that does not traditional plague one of the league's premier big men. His nightly fantasy outlook can be difficult to ascertain due to his role, but he possesses a favorable matchup Tuesday on the second leg of a back-to-back when he faces a Brooklyn squad allowing the third most DFS points per game to opposing centers thus far in 2019-20.

Ja Morant Scuffles Mightily From Field During Win

Memphis Grizzlies point guard JA Morant returned to the lineup for Mondays victory against the San Antonio Spurs following a one-game absence and struggled to put the ball in the basket. Morant, who went 3-for-13 from the field in his last outing, went 2-for-12 against the Spurs, compiling just nine points across 25 minutes. He added in four rebounds and three assists to keep his performance out of dud territory, yet it marks the second straight single-digit scoring outing from the rookie, who opened the year with seven consecutive games in double figures. He looks to reclaim his high-scoring offensive ways Wednesday against Charlotte in what should be a more open-spaced contest for the 20-year-old to navigate.

San Antonio Spurs power forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge was once again quiet on the glass during Mondays loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, although he did lead the team in scoring with 19 points on 8-for-15 shooting. Aldridges early season rebounding numbers have been harrowing, having accrued just 6.1 per game across his first 10 contests, which would easily be his lowest total since his rookie season in 2006-07. While he added four rebounds, three assists and two steals Monday, the Spurs will need a return to All-Star form from their star big man moving forward.

New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (knee soreness) will not play Monday night against the Houston Rockets. This comes as a surprise with no previous reports of the injury.
