Russell Westbrook Records Third Triple-Double Of The Season

Houston Rockets guard Russell Westbrook recorded his third triple-double of the season and bounced back after a couple of subpar outings in the easy win over the Trail Blazers on Monday. Westbrook scored 28 points, but made just 9-for-26 from the floor and added 13 rebounds with 10 assists to go along with two steals and a block. The shooting wasn't pretty, but the supporting numbers were. Westbrook's numbers are down on the year, but we can assume he will keep improving in his new role with his new team as the season progresses.

Danilo Gallinari In Line To Return For Wednesday’s Game

Oklahoma City Thunder small/power forward Danilo Gallinari was held out of Mondays contest due to a sprained left ankle, but he should be cleared to play Wednesday versus Sacramento, having picked up an available designation. Without Gallinari available, Darius Bazley entered the starting five for the first time, as he is now likely to return to his role as a reserve. Gallinaris most recent appearance saw his streak of multiple made threes come to a close, although he still displays an above-average floor on a nightly basis. Gallinari has scored in double figures in all 22 games that he has played this season.

Marvin Bagley Likely To Make Return To Action Wednesday

Sacramento Kings power forward/center Marvin Bagley is set to be listed as probable for Wednesdays contest versus the Oklahoma City Thunder after having been sidelined since Oct. 23 due to a right thumb fracture. Bagley sustained the injury during opening night of the season when he compiled a double-double against Phoenix. Since then, Richaun Holmes and Nemanja Bjelica have established themselves as a formidable frontcourt duo, which makes it unclear what Bagleys immediate role will be. What can be certain is that he will have fantasy value from the moment he suits up, which barring a drastic change, will be Wednesday.

JaKarr Sampson Questionable To Make Return Wednesday

Indiana Pacers small forward Jakarr Sampson has missed each of his teams past 11 games due to lower back soreness, but a return appears on the horizon, as he has earned a questionable designation for Wednesdays game against the Boston Celtics. Sampson started seven contests earlier this year for Indiana, but with the team returning to a semblance of full health, he will likely retain a minor bench role. Should he suit up, its unclear whose minutes he may chip away at. Check back closer to tip-off to get a read on whether or not Sampson will return Wednesday.

Iman Shumpert Unlikely To Suit Up Wednesday

Brooklyn Nets shooting guard/small forward Iman Shumpert is tagged as doubtful to play Wednesday versus the Charlotte Hornets due to left knee soreness. Without Kyrie Irving in the equation, Shumpert has come off the bench and played an average of 18.8 minutes per night over his last 12 games. While he is yet to score in double figures in any of those outings, he has provided defensive contributions, albeit ones that are more valuable to Brooklyn than fantasy owners. Garrett Temple and Joe Harris could see extended workloads Wednesday without Shumpert in the mix, as his next best chance at suiting up comes Saturday versus Toronto.

Grayson Allen To Be Sidelined For Wednesday’s Game

Memphis Grizzlies point/shooting guard Grayson Allen will miss Wednesdays contest against the Phoenix Suns due to a sore right ankle. Allen departed Mondays game versus Golden State with the ailment, so its not surprising to see that the team would be cautious as it pertains to his health. The second-year guard dropped a season-high 15 points in just 12 minutes Monday, as he appeared to be finding his rhythm with three double-digit scoring outings in his last four games. His next chance at taking the floor comes Friday against Milwaukee.

Rajon Rondo, Avery Bradley Both Questionable For Wednesday

Los Angeles Lakers guards Rajon Rondo and Avery Bradley have both been listed as questionable to play in Wednesdays game against the Orlando Magic. Rondo has been hampered by a left hamstring strain that kept him out of the Lakers most recent contest, while Bradley has missed the clubs past 13 games due to a hairline fracture in his right leg. The duo of Danny Green and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope entered the starting five Sunday and would likely remain there should both Rondo and Bradley be held out. Check back closer to tip-off to get a more definitive read on their status.

Brandon Clarke, Kyle Anderson Both Likely To Return Wednesday

The Memphis Grizzlies appear on track to get back the services of forwards Brandon Clarke and Kyle Anderson ahead of Wednesdays game versus the Phoenix Suns. Clarke has missed each of Memphis past four games due to left oblique soreness, while Anderson has been out of the mix for five contests due to right heel soreness. The return of both gives Memphis something resembling full strength, which should push the minutes of Solomon Hill down. Clarke has been the more fantasy relevant of the two players early on in his rookie season, averaging 11.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest, while shooting 63 percent from the floor overall.

JaMychal Green Doubtful To Return For Wednesday’s Game

Los Angeles Clippers power forward JaMychal Green is unlikely to make his return to the court Wednesday against the Toronto Raptors due to a tailbone contusion. Green has missed three of Los Angeles last four games, with a brief four-minute stint mixed in. His absence will likely continue to pave the way for Maurice Harkless and Patrick Patterson to see increased workloads, with Green's next best chance of returning to the floor coming Friday against Minnesota.

Jeff Teague Tagged As Questionable For Wednesday’s Contest

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague has been listed as questionable to play in Wednesdays game versus the Utah Jazz due to left ankle soreness. Teague has scored in double figures in each of the teams three previous contests, finally finding a rhythm coming off the bench following a rough week-plus acclimation period. His potential absence would pave the way for Shabazz Napier to see additional minutes with the second unit. Teague may have added incentive to suit up, with one of his three double-doubles this season having come against the Jazz.

Eric Paschall Questionable To Suit Up Wednesday

Golden State Warriors small/power forward Eric Paschall has picked up a questionable designation ahead of Wednesdays game versus the New York Knicks due to left hip soreness. The Warriors have had their fair share of injury woes early in 2019-20, which have paved the way for Paschall to insert himself into the Rookie of the Year conversation, averaging 16.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per contest. Should he be held out, Golden State would presumably reallocate his offensive workload and minutes total across multiple rotation players. Check back closer to tip-off to get the official word on Paschalls status.
