Maximilian Kleber Steps Up In Wednesday's Win

Dallas Mavericks power forward/center Maximilian Kleber got some extra minutes on Wednesday with Kristaps Porzingis (rest) having the night off in the 113-97 win over the Nuggets. Kleber scored 15 points on 6-for-13 shooting and also connected on three triples while grabbing four rebounds with an assist in 38 minutes of action. No blocks to his line was a bit of a downer, but overall, Kleber has been playing some good basketball as of late and is worth owning even when the Mavericks are at full strength.

Maximilian Kleber Blocks Five Shots Against Pelicans

Dallas Mavericks power forward/center Maximilian Kleber got the start on Wednesday and he made the most of his minutes with a solid all-around line. Kleber blocked five shots (all were against Zion Williamson) and he also scored five points with four assists, a steal and a make from three in 39 minutes of action. Kleber held his own in his matchup against Williamson and he is swatting shots at an elite rate with 2.8 a night over his last four games. He is worth an add while he is providing these blocks and he will also give you some solid rebounding numbers.

Maximilian Kleber Scores Career-High 24 Points

Dallas Mavericks power forward Maximilian Kleber set a new career high with 24 points against the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday night. Although the Mavericks lost in overtime, Kleber was a bright spot with his 24 points, four rebounds, two assists and six made three-pointers. The six three-pointers were also a career high, and Kleber is shooting 39.8% from behind the arc on the season. Some thought that he would fade away once Dwight Powell returned early in the season, but his performances are earning him more minutes. He's now played at least 31 minutes in four of his last six games and seems to be the go-to man while Kristaps Porzingis recovers from his injury.
