Mitchell Robinson News
New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson cooled off in the Game 2 win over the Sixers. The big man logged 30 minutes in Game 1 to finish with eight points, 12 rebounds, four blocks, and one steal. However, he played only 18 minutes on Monday night and wasn't nearly as productive. Robinson could bounce back at some point in this series. Yet, with Isaiah Hartenstein in the equation, Robinson will remain a risky DFS option for Game 3 on Thursday evening.
New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson appears to be fine heading into the postseason. The big man was able to practice without any issues on Tuesday, according to head coach Tom Thibodeau. He continued by saying Robinson is fine after sitting out the second half of Sunday's game. This is good news for the Knicks who begin their first-round series against an unknown opponent on Saturday.
New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (ankle) has been upgraded to available ahead of Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings. Robinson has been cleared to play after being listed as questionable coming into this game. The assumption is that Robinson will continue coming off the bench as the Knicks are trying to manage his workload. Despite not starting, Robinson should still be a valuable asset due to his defensive ability.
New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is questionable for Thursday's matchup with the visiting Kings. After missing over three months because of ankle surgery, he finally returned to the lineup. However, he missed Sunday's loss to OKC but managed to suit up against the Heat on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, Robinson, logged just 10 minutes and finished with one rebound and one steal while being held scoreless. If he plays, he could see more work, although presumably not much more than 15 minutes. As a result, Isaiah Hartenstein and Precious Achiuwa should continue to split most of the work in the middle. But with that in mind, Hartenstein or Achiuwa aren't consistent fantasy options.
