Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (calf) was held out of practice on Wednesday. Jones had 10 catches on 19 targets for 169 yards in Week 1, but he fell to five catches on nine targets for 64 yards in Week 2 and still hasn't scored yet. We're guessing his calf injury isn't all that serious, but it's something to keep an eye on throughout the week. The 29-year-old veteran has dealt with nagging injuries the last few seasons but usually manages to gut it out and play. If he's active, Jones is a high-end WR1 in a good matchup with the Saints.

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has the potential for a bounce-back game in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints. Jones had just 64 yards and once again failed to find the end zone against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2. However, this Saints defense has surrendered nearly 12 more fantasy points to wide receivers than anyone else so far this season. Jones has solid history against the Saints, averaging nine targets and 89.2 yards per game against them. Once again the issue will be how he performs near the end zone, having had just three touchdowns in 13 games. Jones' quality and the way the Saints defense has looked means he is a must-start once again in Week 3

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones had a much quieter game than the season opener against the Carolina Panthers Sunday. Jones caught five balls for 64 yards and once again failed to find the end zone. For Jones' fantasy owners this will feel like a disappointing week but the positive side is that Jones still saw 30% of the Falcons targets against the Panthers. Jones remains the number one receiver in this offense and it is just a matter of time until he finds the end zone. Jones' potential to have monster weeks like week one means he remains a must-start wide receiver for fantasy heading into week three.
