Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins faces a tough test in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears. He has failed to break the 300-yard mark in three of his past four games and is facing a defense that allows the 12th-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks. Cousins will not be wholly ineffective, but it is hard to rely on a big performance from him. He should be considered a mid-tier fantasy play in Week 11.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 16 of 22 passes for 164 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a 24-9 win over the Detroit Lions in Week 9. Cousins was without elite pass-catcher Stefon Diggs (ribs) in this one. He was not sharp throughout the game, highlighted by an ugly pick thrown to Darius Slay. He was also charged with a fumble, although Dalvin Cook can shoulder most of the blame. Cousins has not had a massive fantasy performance since Week 4 against the Rams. The Vikings have their bye in Week 10 before facing the Chicago Bears in Week 11. Cousins will be a mid-tier QB1 for that contest.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins has been fantastic during his first season in Minneapolis. Cousins is second in the NFL in passing yards (2521) and tied for fourth in passing touchdowns (16). In Week 9, he gets to face the Detroit Lions and their touchdown-prone secondary. The Lions have allowed multiple passing touchdowns in six of their seven games this season. They are stingy in the yards department, only allowing 233 yards passing per game, but they are definitely susceptible in the red zone. Cousins has thrown multiple touchdown passes in five of his eight games this season which makes him a must-start in Week 9.
