Denver Broncos running back De'Angelo Henderson (oblique) was held out of organized team activities on Wednesday with a slight oblique strain. The injury doesn't seem serious, and the Broncos were likely being cautious with him. Expect Henderson to be fine for training camp in July. In his second season in Denver, he'll compete for touches alongside Devontae Booker and rookies Royce Freeman and David Williams. Henderson had just seven carries for 13 yards in five games in 2017.

Denver Broncos running back De'Angelo Henderson suffered "scrapes and bruises" in an automobile accident Saturday when his Jeep was one of several cars struck by a driver eluding police that had been stolen. Henderson was taken to the hospital, treated and then released. The 2017 sixth-rounder was at the team's complex Monday for offseason workouts and isn't expected to miss organized team activities later this month. Henderson had just seven carries for 13 yards in his rookie season, but he'll compete with rookies Royce Freeman and David Williams for work behind Devontae Booker this season.

Denver Broncos running back De'Angelo Henderson had his most productive game of the 2017 season in Week 17. He rushed five times for 15 yards and caught one pass that went for a 29-yard touchdown. Before Sunday, he had two rushes for negative two yards to go with one catch for seven yards for the entire season. He is a talented rookie they wanted to take a look at since their season was going to end regardless of the outcome. He could be an interesting guy in extremely deep long-term leagues.
