Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore is not a viable starter this week for the game against the Detroit Lions. While the Lions have given up an average of 25.6 points this season to the position Moore has struggled to have any level of consistency recently, and for that reason, he can't be relied upon in this game. Moore has fallen behind in the Panthers pecking order recently, with quarterback Cam Newton having the trio of Christian McCaffrey, Devin Funchess and Greg Olsen to rely on.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore continued to struggle against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Two weeks ago, Moore looked as though he was going to be an important part of the Panthers attack- however, given his recent struggles fantasy owners might be thinking that the performances as of late are what are to be expected this season. Moore finished the game with four receptions for 20 yards and also had a single rush for five yards.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore has limited upside this week. The Panthers rookie had been impressive since coming off of his bye week and had been very effective but the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game wasn't one to remember for him. Moore wasn't able to get very involved in the game, and only had two targets. The Steelers are likely to force the Panthers to keep passing the ball, and so while he may be more involved the unreliable usage means he shouldn't be included in many fantasy lineups this week.
