Cameron Wake News
The Tennessee Titans agreed to a three-year, $23 million deal with free-agent defensive end Cameron Wake, according to a source. The deal includes $10 million guaranteed. The 37-year-old can still be productive, but it'll likely be in a rotation role with his new team. Wake spent the first 10 years of his career and had 37 total tackles and six sacks in 14 games in his final season with Miami in 2018. It's unlikely that he'll have a place on IDP rosters in Tennessee.
Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake (knee) had arthroscopic surgery on his knee, according to a league source. While this type of surgery usually keeps players out for around four weeks, Wake is a quick healer and could be in line to return in Week 7 against the Lions. The All-Pro has just one sack this year but remains one of the team's best pass-rushers alongside Robert Quinn. Wake has now been inactive for the last two games.
Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake (knee) is listed as doubtful to face the Bears in Week 6. Wake's absence will be bad news for a declining Miami defensive line. They'll try to get pressure in other ways on quarterback Mitch Trubisky on Sunday. Wake has recorded 12 tackles and one sack in four games on the year and is set to miss his second straight game.
