Tajae Sharpe Signing With Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings are signing former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tajae Sharpe to an undisclosed one-year deal on Wednesday, according to a source. Sharpe will likely slide in as the No. 2 wideout behind Adam Thielen, filling the void left when the team dealt Stefon Diggs to the Bills last week. The 25-year-old will certainly receive a big boost in playing time, depending on what Minnesota does in the draft, after he fell down the Titans depth chart in 2019. The former fifth-round pick in 2016 had only 25 catches for 329 yards and four touchdowns in 15 games (six starts) last season. He'll have a chance to be a nice late-round value pick in fantasy drafts this fall in his new home.

Tajae Sharpe Ruled Out For Week 13

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) is out for Week 13 against the Colts. Sharpe was downgraded to questionable for this Sunday's game on Saturday, and now he's officially out. As no better than the fourth receiving option on a run-first team, Sharpe predictably has done very little (13 catches, 194 yards, two touchdowns) on the season as a whole. Fantasy owners won't be missing him on Sunday. Rookie A.J. Brown and Corey Davis are the team's top two pass-catchers, but even they are inconsistent on a weekly basis and are flimsy fantasy plays.

Tajae Sharpe Questionable Against Colts

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tajae Sharpe (hamstring) has been downgraded to questionable for Week 13 against the Colts. Sharpe has only 13 receptions on 21 targets for 194 yards and two touchdowns in nine games this year, so he's been off the fantasy radar the entire season. A.J. Brown and Corey Davis remain the Titans top two pass-catchers, but they are both extremely inconsistent on a week-to-week basis in this run-first offense. Adam Humphries could see more run this Sunday if Sharpe is inactive, but you can't realistically trust him to help you win your fantasy matchup.
