The Padres have one of the most dominant closers in baseball in Josh Hader, so fantasy managers shouldn't roster the right-hander looking for saves. Tapia's value is limited in hold leagues as well, with the club's abundance of setup men, so he can be left on the waiver wire in almost all formats.
