Seattle Mariners relief pitcher Joey Gerber had a disappointing outing Saturday against the Texas Rangers, allowing four runs on three hits and a walk while only recording a single out. Before this appearance, Gerber had pitched in six games, holding his opponents scoreless in all but one. The bullpen mix for Seattle is wide open behind closer Rafael Montero, so it's possible Gerber could slot into a set-up role over the course of the season. He'll need to stay consistent, and increase his strikeout numbers, to become a fantasy factor in holds leagues.
