Darius Jennings Fantasy Stats

The Detroit Lions have signed wide receiver Darius Jennings. This is Jennings' sixth NFL stop and comes at a time when the Lions are dealing with injuries to receiver Tyrell Williams (groin), Breshad Perriman (hip) and Quintez Cephus (head). Jennings has played 28 games in his NFL career with 27 receptions for 235 yards. The journeyman adds depth to a depleted unit for the time being but also could help on kick returns as the Lions prepare to play their first preseason game this coming Friday.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Darius Jennings has been one of the surprises of camp thus far as he continues to make plays in the passing game. He entered camp as a candidate to make the practice squad, but he has reportedly shown enough to be in strong contention for the fifth receiver spot when the final cuts come through. Due to this, expect Jennings to get a good deal of playing time in Saturday's preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
