Paul Janish Draws Start Wednesday
Infielder Paul Janish will draw the start at shortstop this evening for the Baltimore Orioles. The journeyman was called up by the big league club on Monday and is 0-for-1 in one pinch-hit appearance. Infielder Ruben Tejada started the past two games at shortstop with J.J. Hardy (wrist) being placed on the 10-day disabled list. Both Tejada and Janish are more known for their defense than offense and should not be considered in any leagues.
