Even if the 26-year-old is somehow able to play this year, he's likely to miss the majority of the campaign. It's a tough break for the young outfielder, as he had a shot to see valuable playing time for the Rockies after making his MLB debut in 2022. In 27 games last season, he hit .297/.454/.500 with a .954 OPS, three home runs and 11 RBI in a small sample size of 97 plate appearances.
