There are much better short relief options on the waiver wire in most leagues that count holds, and owners should avoid him for the foreseeable future.

With closer Ryan Tepera (elbow) on the 10-day DL with right elbow inflammation, it will remain to be seen if Oh or Clippard receive more save situations or if they end up splitting closing time.

Tepera is still the guy in Toronto, and it would be surprising if that wasnt the case by the time Roberto Osuna gets back in late August.
