Texas Rangers relief pitcher Shawn Tolleson (elbow) said Saturday that his recovery from Tommy John surgery is going great and he hopes to begin throwing in a game after the All-Star break. Tolleson underwent Tommy John surgery in May of 2017. Barring any setbacks, he appears to be on track for a return to the Rangers' bullpen in the second half of the 2018 season.
