Washington Nationals outfielder Yadiel Hernandez had a nice day at the dish on Saturday, driving in four runs as his club went on to defeat the Astros 13-6. The 34-year-old had an RBI single in the first frame, and then followed that up with a three-run shot off Christian Javier to open up the floodgates in the third. He finished the contest going 2-for-5 as he's now up to a .337 BA with three homers, 11 runs, and 19 RBI as the primary holder of the fifth spot in the batting order. Hernandez is looking like a solid fantasy asset through the first month and a half of the season and should be on rosters in deeper mixed leagues.
Washington Nationals outfielder Yadiel Hernandez (mouth) is out of the lineup again Saturday after being a late scratch on Friday. The absence is due to a dental procedure he underwent, and it's unclear if he'll be back this season. The 33-year-old is slashing .274/.330/.414 with nine home runs and three stolen bases across 111 games. Andrew Stevenson will take his spot in the outfield again and bat sixth. Stevenson hasn't done much at the plate in 107 games this season, hitting .222 with a .606 OPS, and he can be left on the waiver wire in all formats.

Hernandez has played nearly every day since the trade deadline, and he's in a valuable lineup spot for RBI batting fifth behind Juan Soto and Josh Bell most days. He now has a .749 OPS, nine homers, 30 runs, 31 RBI, and three steals in 248 at-bats. He's a worthwhile deep-league play.
