Cleveland Cavaliers forward Isaiah Mobley seems primed to stay with his brother in Cleveland unless another team swoops in and offers him a full NBA contract. According to Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com, the team would love to keep Mobley on a two-way contract for one more season unless something happens where they can upgrade his contract after free agency. The 23-year-old appeared in 13 games in the NBA and received Third Team All-G League honors last year. He's still off the fantasy radar for the foreseeable future.
Isaiah Mobley Finishes With A Double-Double In Win
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Isaiah Mobley finished with a double-double during Saturday's Summer League win over Atlanta. The 2022 second-round pick had 15 points and 10 rebounds, with six of those boards occurring on the offensive end. He didn't shoot the ball well, going 4-for-10 from the field while draining one of his three tries from deep. However, Mobley made up for it by missing just one of his seven attempts from the charity stripe. Nonetheless, with the 22-year-old signed under a two-way deal, he's not likely to be a viable fantasy contributor this season. Still, with some seasoning, Mobley may eventually become a useful role player, so he's worth a stash in deep dynasty formats.
