Justin Jackson Posts Another 20-Point Game

Oklahoma City Thunder small forward Justin Jackson recorded his second consecutive 20-point outing on Sunday, finishing a 114-109 win over Milwaukee with a team-high 22 points on 9-for-16 shooting. He was a perfect 4-for-4 from downtown and added five assists, three rebounds, and one steal with zero turnovers in 34 minutes. Jackson has been stuck on the bench for most of the season, but with a number of OKC players dealing with health issues, the North Carolina product has started to average over 25 minutes per game this month. He hasn't been overly productive, but the past two outings have been impressive, and he faces Portland's poor defense next to keep up the scoring streak.

Justin Jackson Drops Season-High 20 Points

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Justin Jackson played his best game of the season in a tight loss to Denver on Friday. Jackson scored a season-high 20 points on efficient 7 of 11 shooting from the field- adding three boards, three assists, two triples, and two steals in 28 minutes. The 25-year-old has seen his minutes per game soar from 9.0 last month to 24.6 in February as the Thunder continue to deal with injuries. He's probably behind Hamidou Diallo and Kenrich Williams in terms of who to look for when searching for DFS value in Oklahoma City- though it's worth noting that Jackson has been a solid contributor in points, rebounds, assists, threes, and steals over his last several games. He'll get a good matchup on Sunday against Milwaukee, who has allowed 24.2 points per game to small forwards this season.

Justin Jackson Score 19 In 23 Minutes

Dallas Mavericks forward Justin Jackson recorded 19 points, six rebounds, four three-pointers and a steal in his team's 143-101 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Jackson established season-highs in shot attempts and points and did it in just 23 minutes of playing time. Unfortunately for the 24-year-old, he likely only played 23 and 29 minutes the last two games because the Mavs won in blowouts. It will be hard for Jackson to repeat this performance when he's playing a career-low 13.3 minutes per game. That's not enough minutes to produce consistent numbers.

Justin Jackson Gets 19 Points In First Start For Mavs

Dallas Mavericks small forward Justin Jackson made his first start for the team on Thursday against Sacramento, producing 19 points on 9-for-16 shooting, adding five assists. It was a nice revenge game by Jackson, who was traded by the Kings on Feb. 9. The 15th pick of the 2017 NBA Draft looks set for a big finish to the season, and he's already shown a good amount of promise, averaging 20 points in the last two games. Dallas meet the Kings again on Tuesday, but before that, Jackson and the rest get to test their skills against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday.

Justin Jackson and Zach Randolph Headed To Dallas

Forwards Justin Jackson and Zach Randolph will be joining the Dallas Mavericks after a trade Wednesday reportedly sent Harrison Barnes back to Sacramento, as first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Jackson appeared in 52 games for the Kings this season, making three starts, averaging 6.7 points per game. The second-year wing was a first-round Draft choice in 2017. Randolph, on the other hand, has yet to take the floor this season as the Kings have attempted to find a trade partner. Its unclear how Dallas plans to utilize Randolph, but he could potentially see some minutes in the wake of the deal that sent DeAndre Jordan to New York.

Justin Jackson Ties Season High In Assists

Sacramento Kings small forward Justin Jackson scored 12 points, hauled in four rebounds and tied his season high with three assists in Saturday night's loss to the Warriors. He went 4-for-8 from the field, 1-for-3 from beyond the arc and 3-for-3 from the charity stripe. It was the second time that he scored in double-figures and totaled double-digit minutes in the last four contests. Jackson is capable of big performances occasionally, but he is far too inconsistent to be trusted in most formats.

Justin Jackson Snags 11 Rebounds In The Win

Sacramento Kings forward Justin Jackson grabbed 11 rebounds in 37 minutes as his team got the win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night. Jackson struggled from the field as he connected on just 2-for-9 shooting from the floor for seven points and added a steal with a make from three. Jackson is coming into his own and is now worth an add in deeper leagues as we would assume the Kings are looking towards the future and Jackson is a part of that.

Justin Jackson Scores 12 Points Off The Bench In Loss

Sacramento Kings small forward Justin Jackson managed to score 12 points in 21 minutes of action off the bench for his squad as they got beat by the Utah Jazz. Jackson knocked down five of his 10 shots on the night and was only able to add one assist with a make from three. Jackson averaged 6.7 points with 2.8 rebounds last season and we should see an improvement from the second year wing this season. Jackson at the moment is just a late-round pick in deeper leagues but we should see his minutes increase as the season develops.

Justin Jackson Continues Hot Streak In Summer League

Sacramento Kings forward Justin Jackson struggled during his rookie season, averaging 6.7 points per game and 2.8 rebounds while shooting 30.8 percent from deep. In this year's California Classic Summer League, Jackson is looking much more like the guy that the Kings picked in the first round last season. On Thursday against Miami, Jackson scored 26 points on 9-for-17 shooting. He was 4-for-10 from three and added in three rebounds. This follows Jackson's performance in an otherwise terrible Kings game on Tuesday, when he scored 20 of the team's 54 points. Jackson should be a key piece of Sacramento's rotation this season and is an interesting fantasy sleeper candidate.

Magic Trade Down For Justin Jackson

The Orlando Magic traded down in the 2018 NBA Draft to take Maryland forward Justin Jackson with the 43rd pick. Jackson showed promise in his first year at Maryland, but his second season ended prematurely with a shoulder issue. Jackson has potential on both the offensive and defensive end, but right now on offense he's a spot-up shooter who won't consistently hit jump shots. Time will tell if Jackson is capable of being a guy who can stretch the floor and possibly play at center in small-ball lineups, but his rookie-year projection is a lot of development time and not many minutes on an NBA floor.
