PJ Dozier News
Boston Celtics guard PJ Dozier (knee) and center Bol Bol (foot) have been acquired by the Orlando Magic. The two teams will swap second round picks in this deal as well. Both Dozier and Bol are out for the rest of the regular season. This move was to help the Celtics save money and Orlando gets better for the future. Obviously, both players can be ignored in fantasy formats right now. It'll be interesting to see if Bol can actually carve out of role for himself next season.

PJ Dozier Sustains Torn ACL, Out For Rest Of The Year
Denver Nuggets shooting guard PJ Dozier (knee) has been confirmed to have sustained a torn left ACL, an injury that will sideline him for the remainder of the 2021-22 season. Dozier appeared in 18 games for Denver this year and he struggled from the field to the tune of shooting 36.4 percent overall, while averaging 5.4 points and 3.5 rebounds per contest. Dozier's absence in the backcourt and on the wing paves the way for Austin Rivers and Bones Hyland to enjoy elevated roles for the time being. The Nuggets have been high on Dozier's upside, but he remains a ways off from becoming a fantasy contributor. He can remain on the waiver wire in all formats, particularly while he is on the comeback trail.

PJ Dozier Feared To Have Torn ACL
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (knee) is feared to have suffered a torn ACL during Tuesday's game. The horrible injury luck continues for Denver as they might lose another player for a significant amount of time. The Nuggets are already down three star players and losing Dozier certainly doesn't help. Dozier was only averaging 18.9 minutes per game, but the Nuggets don't have many options to fill in right now. Markus Howard and Vlatko Cancar could be asked to step up, but neither are must-add players in fantasy formats.

PJ Dozier Out Again On Friday
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) remains out ahead of the Game 3 matchup against Phoenix. Dozier hasn't played since the end of May, and with the Nuggets dropping the first two games of the series, we may have already seen the last of him this season. Facundo Campazzo and Austin Rivers should continue to start. However, with Will Barton's recent return, both men's DFS ceilings have dropped significantly.

PJ Dozier Day-To-Day
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) is listed as day-to-day, which indicates he could return during the upcoming series against Phoenix. The 24-year-old hasn't played since May 3 while dealing with a right adductor strain. He averaged 7.7 points, 3.6 boards, and 1.8 assists throughout 21.8 minutes this season, although he likely could see a reduced role if he makes it back sometime soon. Nonetheless, Dozier still may see enough minutes to impact Austin Rivers and Facundo Campazzo's fantasy potential, although Monte Morris' statistical ceiling should remain the same.

PJ Dozier Out On Tuesday As Expected
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) is out for the Game 5 matchup against Portland. Dozier has been out since the beginning of May due to a strained right adductor, so his absence was more than expected. Without him, Facundo Campazzo, Austin Rivers, and Monte Morris should all continue to handle most of the work in the backcourt. However, Morris is the one with the highest DFS upside between the three.

PJ Dozier To Miss Game 4
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) will remain out ahead of Saturday's postseason matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers. This isn't a surprise, as Dozier's availability for the remainder of the playoffs is still a mystery. In his stead, Austin Rivers and Facundo Campazzo should continue to start, with Monte Morris likely receiving an equal timeshare off the bench. All three are adequate DFS options, although Morris may have the highest ceiling out of the group.

PJ Dozier Remains Out For Game 3
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) won't play on Thursday night against the Trail Blazers. Dozier missed time toward the end of the regular season due to a right adductor strain and hasn't been available for the first two games of the series against Portland. Fantasy managers should expect Facundo Campazzo and Austin Rivers to start in Game 3. However, Monte Morris, who had 12 points and seven assists in Game 2, should be the one to target for DFS purposes.

PJ Dozier Out As Expected Against Portland
Denver Nuggets guard PJ Dozier (hip) won't play for the Game 1 matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers. No surprise here as the 24-year-old has been out since the beginning of May while dealing with a strained right adductor. With Will Barton (hamstring) and potentially Austin Rivers (illness) also out, Monte Morris, Facundo Campazzo, and Aaron Gordon should be the primary beneficiaries. Shaquille Harrison could also see additional work, although he should be classified as a dart throw for DFS purposes.

P.J. Dozier Remains Out Against Charlotte
Denver Nuggets guard P.J. Dozier (hip) will remain out on Tuesday against Charlotte. No surprise here, as his absence due to a right Adductor strain could keep him on the shelf heading into the postseason. With Monte Morris (hamstring) questionable, he could be an intriguing fantasy option. However, if Morris isn't available, it will be business as usual, with Austin Rivers and Facundo Campazzo doing most of the work out of the backcourt.
