Kevin Huerter, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Enter COVID Protocols

Atlanta Hawks shooting guard/small forward Kevin Huerter and small forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot have been ruled out for Thursday's game against Philadelphia after becoming the latest members of the roster to land in the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The absences on the wing figure to allow Cam Reddish to see as much offensive volume as he can handle, while Skylar Mays could slot into the starting five once again. Huerter's minutes allotment makes him more conducive to season-long fantasy value at this stage, but he has scuffled from long range of late, going 2-for-15 over his last three games. Both players remain sidelined indefinitely.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Questionable For Wednesday

Atlanta Hawks small forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (illness) has been listed as questionable to play in Wednesday's contest against Orlando. Luwawu-Cabarrot has enjoyed an eight-game stint with the starting group, although only two of those outings have resulted in double-digit points production. Utilized far more for his defensive acumen, Luwawu-Cabarrot is a DFS tournament asset at best, a designation that stands to get more complicated upon Bogdan Bogdanovic's (ankle) return, which could occur as soon as Wednesday. Check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on how the Hawks' backcourt and wing availabilities shake out.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Draws First Start Of Year Wednesday

Atlanta Hawks small forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot has been elevated into the starting five for Wednesday's game against Indiana. The start marks Luwawu-Cabarrot's first as a member of the Hawks, having appeared in 14 games off the bench in the season's first six weeks. Scarcely utilized, it would be surprising to see the 26-year-old suddenly snag a workload that would make him worthy of a DFS selection, but his bottom of the barrel price tag could earn him some last-minute consideration. With Cam Reddish (wrist) and De'Andre Hunter (wrist) down on the wing, Luwawu-Cabarrot stands a chance to get himself some extended run in the short-term.

Jeff Green, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Ruled Out Wednesday

Brooklyn Nets forward Jeff Green (shoulder) and guard Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (knee) have been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup against the Rockets. Both Green and Luwawu-Cabarrot were doubtful after missing the last game, so it doesn't come as much of a surprise to see them ruled out. Bruce Brown, Tyler Johnson, and Landry Shamet should continue to see added minutes. Brown makes for a good DFS play, as he's scored in double-figures with some nice steal numbers in his last several games.

Jeff Green, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Unlikely To Play Wednesday

The Brooklyn Nets are once again set to be short-handed for Wednesday's game against Houston with power forward/center Jeff Green (shoulder) and small/power forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (knee) listed as doubtful to play. The duo missed Monday's outing, which led to second unit minutes for Nicolas Claxton, as well as an uptick in usage for DeAndre Jordan and Landry Shamet. Green has been the more season-long fantasy-relevant of the two, retaining a primarily starting role that has led to solid multi-category contributions. Barring a last-minute upswing in health, Green and Luwawu-Cabarrot can be expected to next suit up March 11 versus the Celtics in the first outing of the second half.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Will Miss Tuesday’s Contest

Brooklyn Nets small/power forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (hip) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Kings due to a hip contusion, marking his first absence of the year. It's unclear how head coach Steve Nash could reallocate Luwawu-Cabarrot's workload, but Iman Shumpert and Noah Vonleh stand to benefit. Drawing DFS appeal primarily when absences force a rejiggering of the Nets' starting five, Luwawu-Cabarrot isn't a season-long asset at this stage. His next chance to get back in action comes Thursday versus Orlando.

Jeff Green, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Questionable For Tuesday

Brooklyn Nets power forward/center Jeff Green (shoulder) and small/power forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (hip) have both been deemed questionable to take the floor Tuesday against the Kings. Neither player has missed a game yet this season, with both playing vital roles primarily with the second unit. Bruce Brown would presumably see an increased offensive role should either miss the contest, although it's difficult to ascertain just whom Brooklyn may reallocate Green/Luwawu-Cabarrot's minutes to should they be unavailable to suit up. Fantasy managers will want to check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on their statuses.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Cleared To Play On Thursday

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (knee) is available to play on Thursday against the Lakers. The 25-year-old has dealt with soreness in his right knee, but he has managed to play through it. However, with an average of just over seven points per outing and a potential minutes cap, he should be considered a dart throw for fantasy lineups of all kinds against Los Angeles.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Logs Starting Five Spot Wednesday

Brooklyn Nets shooting guard/small forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot remained in the team's starting lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Hawks, replacing the recently injured Spencer Dinwiddie (knee). Luwawu-Cabarrot drew his first start of the year Monday, but that came without Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant in the lineup due to rest purposes; now, he'll get to play alongside them, albeit with a decreased offensive role. Luwawu-Cabarrot's spot in the starting five also means that Caris Levert will return to the bench, where he will continue to lead the team's second unit. Levert's upside was going to be capped by Irving/Durant's return regardless, but his position as a reserve is indicative of how the team plans to utilize him going forward.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot Has Nice Showing Against Memphis

Brooklyn Nets forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot got a surprise start on Monday against Memphis with both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant resting. TLC responded with 21 points on 7-for-17 shooting and also added six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block. With Spencer Dinwiddie (knee) done for the year and the Irving/KD duo appearing like they won't play back-to-backs, Luwawu-Cabarrot is going to have some situational fantasy value. You don't want to play him when Durant and Irving are active, but he'll be an intriguing streamer when the two sit.
