Shooting guard Trevelin Queen will move to China for the upcoming campaign, having agreed to a deal with the Guangdong Southern Tigers. The 28-year-old has spent the last two seasons with the Orlando Magic, averaging 4.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 13.2 minutes across 45 games. Queen has also suited up for the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers, making 62 total regular-season appearances in the NBA. While he has never fully established himself in the NBA, Queen has earned several accolades in the G League, including the MVP award in 2022.

Free agent guard Trevelin Queen agreed to a one-year deal with the Orlando Magic this past weekend. The 26-year-old was the 2022 G League MVP while he played with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the Houston Rockets affiliate. Queen played for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants last season and averaged 22.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.1 steals per game across 24 games. He also made seven appearances with the Indiana Pacers and averaged 3.0 points and 2.4 rebounds per contest.

Houston Rockets shooting guard Trevelin Queen was a nice surprise on Monday against the Hornets, notching a team-high 17 points off the bench with six rebounds and four steals. He shot 6-for-13 from the field and 4-for-10 from downtown in 29 minutes of action. The 24-year-old, who recently signed a two-way contract with the Rockets, really shined here, but it was an ugly blowout loss for the Rockets. Queen has played only a handful of minutes in normal circumstances, so fantasy managers should hold their horses for now. However, with the team in a rebuilding process and COVID-19 making the rounds, we might see him more involved at some point.
