Wesley Iwundu Clears Concussion Protocol

Orlando Magic forward Wesley Iwundu (head) was able to clear concussion protocol in time for Friday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. However, the team has decided to hold him out of this one as a precaution. He should be back for next game, but doesn't have much fantasy value with the Magic fairly healthy. James Ennis and Jonathan Isaac will be asked to pick up the slack on Friday. Neither player is likely going to be worth looking at in DFS contests.

Wesley Iwundu Upgraded To Questionable For Friday

Orlando Magic forward Wesley Iwundu (head) has been upgraded to questionable for Friday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. He was originally considered doubtful for the seeding opener due to a concussion. The team is hopeful that he can return to the court, but he'll need to pass the concussion protocol fairly quick. He doesn't have a huge impact in the Magic rotation anyway. They will likely split it up between multiple players, but Terrence Ross should benefit if Iwundu sits out. He might be a low-cost DFS option, but Ross isn't always a safe option.

Wesley Iwundu is Questionable for Saturday

Orlando Magic forward Wesley Iwundu (quad) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Iwundu was unable to practice on Friday, but should be ready to go for this contest, according to head coach Steve Clifford. However, Iwundu doesn't have much fantasy value, so this won't matter too much for fantasy leagues.

Wesley Iwundu Picks Up Questionable Tag For Tuesday

Orlando Magic small forward Wesley Iwundu has been tagged as questionable to play in Tuesdays game versus the New Orleans Pelicans due to a head contusion. Iwundu has seen at least 18 minutes in each of his last five contests, having stepped into a bench role with the club after the departure of Jonathon Simmons. Iwundu delivered an impressive 10-point and seven-rebound outing his last time out, so any injury would surely derail his progress. Regardless, he likely isnt going to find his way into season-long fantasy consideration this season.

Wesley Iwundu Drains Career-High Two Three-Pointers

Orlando Magic small forward Wesley Iwundu scored eight points on 3-for-4 shooting from the field, including 2-for-2 from beyond the arc, in Monday's loss to the Wizards. He added four assists and one rebound. It was the first time in his career that he has made multiple three-pointers in a game. The second-year pro also tied his career high in assists. While the 23-year-old has gotten consistent playing time over his last seven games, he has only seen the court more than 20 minutes twice during this period. Iwundu, who is averaging 4.2 points and 2.0 rebounds in six starts, is still not relevant in fantasy leagues.

Wesley Iwundu Plays 32 Minutes In The Win

Orlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Wesley Iwundu played 32 minutes with Jonathan Isaac (ankle) sidelined and he managed to post a decent line in the blowout win. Iwundu scored seven points on 3-for-8 shooting while grabbing a career-high eight rebounds and added two assists with a block and a make from deep. Isaac is soon to return, but it was nice seeing the second-year wing get some extra run, but for the meantime, Iwundu does not have much fantasy relevance.
