Free-agent guard Xavier Moon has signed an Exhibit-10 deal with the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday. The 28-year-old will have a chance to compete for a final roster spot during training camp. Moon made four appearances with the Clippers last season. He averaged 1.8 points, 1.3 assists in 5.0 minutes during those four games. He'll attempt to snag one of the remaining two-way roster spots. It's highly unlikely that Moon has any fantasy value even if he makes the team.
Xavier Moon Scores 16 Points In Win Over Grizzlies
Los Angeles Clippers guard Xavier Moon put together another strong performance on Wednesday afternoon after he led the team in scoring and helped grab their second victory in the Vegas summer league. The 28-year-old finished with 16 points on 7-for-12 shooting and added four rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block. Moon has an uphill battle as an older player that hasn't played more than 14 games in the league. If he does find his way on the roster, he won't be fantasy relevant right now.
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Xavier Moon stuffed the stat sheet in Monday's 80-70 win over Sacramento in the Las Vegas Summer League, racking up 18 points, five rebounds, six assists, four steals, and two blocks. The 28-year-old did all the damage in just 29 minutes, shooting 6-for-12 from the field with a 1-for-3 record from outside. Moon first joined the Clippers in December 2021, but he has appeared in only 14 NBA games so far. He is battling for another contract and has started his quest in impressive fashion after also having produced a 26-point effort in the Clippers' Summer League opener versus Utah.
