Amba Etta-Tawo Fantasy Stats

New York Giants wide receiver Amba Etta-Tawo(Achilles) left Monday's practice on a cart after going down during full team drills. The Giants announced Monday night that Etta-Tawo has suffered a torn Achilles. This puts the already injury-riddled Giants receiving core in a very precarious situation. With wide receivers Sterling Shepard nursing a broken thumb and Golden Tate's looming suspension, this was a blow the Giants certainly did not need. Primarily running with the third-team offense, Etta-Tawo was looking to capitalize on the rocky receiving group and secure a roster spot. With Etta-Tawo out for the remainder of the season, the Giants will have to look somewhere else for an answer to their receiving woes. It could mean more opportunity and production for the likes of Bennie Fowler, Cody Latimer and tight end Evan Engram to begin the year.
