Boogie Basham Fantasy Stats

The New York Giants acquired defensive end Boogie Basham from the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday, according to sources. It's unclear what the Giants sent to Buffalo in return. In a corresponding move, the Giants cut 2019 third-rounder Oshane Ximines on Tuesday. Basham was a second-rounder for Buffalo out of Wake Forest in 2021. The 25-year-old had 20 total tackles and 4.5 sacks in his two seasons with the Bills, and he adds depth to a Giants outside linebacker group that was thin behind starters Kayvon Thibodeaux and Azeez Ojulari. The G-Men also acquired former first-rounder Isaiah Simmons from the Arizona Cardinals last week, and he will work primarily with the team's inside linebackers in 2023.
