Braeden Daniels To Miss The Entire Season
The Washington Commanders placed rookie offensive lineman Braeden Daniels (shoulder) on season-ending Injured Reserve on Monday after he suffered a torn rotator cuff in the preseason finale last week, according to a source. The Commanders took Daniels in the fourth round of this year's NFL draft, but he is going to be forced to sit out his entire rookie season. It's a concerning development for an offensive line that is entering the year without much talent or depth, so they can't afford any injuries to key starters. The 23-year-old Daniels will rehab his injury with hopes of being ready to go in 2024.
