The 32-year-old injured his back in the Week 1 season-opener, and he never returned in his second season in LA. If Bulaga proves he's back to full health, the 11-year veteran shouldn't have trouble latching on with another team on the open market. Cutting Bulaga will save the Chargers $10.75 million in salary cap space for the 2022 season. Bulaga was a first-round pick (23rd overall) of the Green Bay Packers in 2010, and he spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Packers before signing with the Chargers in 2020.
