Darius Victor Fantasy Stats

New Orleans running back Darius Victor was signed just days ago to compete for a backup RB job and he's fighting his hardest to earn that spot. Victor is an undrafted free agent out of small Towson University who will have to make his gains in short-yardage situations. At 5'7", 227 pounds, Victor is a pure bruiser and has shown his strength early on in camp. As his coach from Towson, Rob Ambrose, said, "He's responsible for more concussions on my team than any of our opponents' players put together. He's going to punish you for trying to tackle him." Victor is a longshot to make the roster, as veterans Mark Ingram and Adrian Peterson figure to share goal-line duties, with rookie Alvin Kamara taking over pass-catching duties. If he can beat out Daniel Lasco, there's a chance he catches on as a special teams player, but is simply someone to monitor in deep dynasty leagues right now.
