Keaontay Ingram News
Arizona Cardinals running back Keaontay Ingram (neck) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers. He had been listed as questionable after popping up on the injury report Thursday. The fact that Ingram missed practice on Friday offered a good indication that he likely wouldn't be able to suit up this weekend. Emari Demercado is expected to back up James Conner for the duration of Ingram's absence.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown (thumb) and running back Keaontay Ingram (neck), who both popped up on the Week 4 injury report on Thursday, could be game-time decisions for this Sunday's contest against the San Francisco 49ers. Their status will depend on how much they can do in Friday's practice. Brown injured his thumb in Thursday's session, but the 26-year-old's injury apparently isn't serious enough to require surgery. Still, he could be compromised in his pass-catching abilities if he plays through it, especially against one of the toughest defenses in the NFL in San Fran. If Brown is inactive or limited at all on Sunday, Rondale Moore would become a much more interesting flex play for fantasy managers.
Arizona Cardinals running back Keaontay Ingram (neck) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, per Darren Urban of the team's official site. Ingram's status on the injury report comes a bit unexpectedly after the tailback appeared to come away unscathed from Week 3's game versus the Dallas Cowboys. The 23-year-old has 12 carries for 15 yards to go with one catch for an additional eight yards in three games as Arizona's No. 2 back this year. James Conner (back), who returned to a full practice on Thursday, would rarely come off the field on Sunday against the division-rival San Francisco 49ers if Ingram happens to miss the contest. Ingram is nothing more than a fantasy handcuff at this time.

Arizona Cardinals running back Keaontay Ingram was given a limited workload in his rookie season, rushing just 27 times for 60 yards and one touchdown and catching four passes for 21 yards. However, he beat out Eno Benjamin, who was released in the middle of the 2022 campaign. The team didn't add much to the running back position, so he's set up to be the primary backup to James Conner. While the Cardinals are expected to have one of the worst offenses in the NFL if Kyler Murray (knee) misses...
