Keelan Cole Sr. Fantasy

The Las Vegas Raiders informed wide receivers Keelan Cole Sr. and Phillip Dorsett of their release from the team on Tuesday. Both were considered contenders to make the 53-man roster but ultimately didn't crack the lineup. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, both players could re-sign with the team as a member of the practice squad. Dorsett caught 20 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown with the Houston Texans last season. Cole caught 10 passes for 141 yards and a touchdown with the Raiders in 2022. For now, neither player is close to being on the fantasy radar given the latest news.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Keelan Cole Sr. caught six of six targets for 29 receiving yards and a touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Cole Sr is battling for the fourth WR spot in the Raider's offense this Preseason. If he does enough to win that job over the likes of Phillip Dorsett and DeAndre Carter, he will be worth a spot at the end of benches in 12+ team fantasy leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Keelan Cole has re-signed with the organization. The two sides have agreed to a one-year deal for the upcoming season. The 29-year-old mainly played on special teams last season, but also contributed 10 receptions for 141 yards and one touchdown in 14 games. Cole produced a 600-yard season two years ago, so he's capable of being a legitimate contributor. However, it's uncertain if the Raiders plan on using Cole in their passing attack or keeping him on special teams.
