T.J. Brunson Selected By Giants

The New York Giants added South Carolina inside linebacker T.J. Brunson with the 238th overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft in the seventh round. Brunson is a physical off-ball linebacker, but he's not fast enough to play sideline-to-sideline and also doesn't thrive in coverage. Brunson will need to become more flexible and gain strength at the next level to compete for a roster spot. He recorded 77 tackles and one interception in 11 games in his final collegiate season.
