Ty Fryfogle Tweaks His Hamstring
Indiana wide receiver Ty Fryfogle (hamstring) ran a 4.49-second 40-yard dash and hit 39 inches on his vertical jump at the NFL scouting combine on Thursday, but he shut it down for the rest of the day after tweaking his hamstring. Fryfogle will do the rest of his drills at his school's Pro Day. His vertical jump is currently tied for the third-highest mark at this year's combine, regardless of position. In his final season at Indiana, Fryfogle had 500-plus receiving yards for the third straight year, but he only had one touchdown. He became the first receiver in Big Ten history in 2020 to have back-to-back 200-yard receiving games on his way to winning Big Ten Receiver of the Year.
