New Jersey Devils right wing Janne Kuokkanen (hand) is expected to be back in the lineup on Sunday against Philadelphia after he missed Saturday's 4-2 loss to Pittsburgh. The 22-year-old is having a solid rookie campaign with 21 points in 41 games. He's been a top-six forward for the team and should take up his old spot next to Jack Hughes and Yegor Sharangovich. The trio has been pretty fun to watch, and with the Flyers leaking goals all over the place, this should be a fun contest. Mackenzie Blackwood starts between the pipes, trying to end a nine-game losing streak.
New Jersey Devils forward Janne Kuokkanen tallied three helpers in a 5-2 victory over the New York Rangers on Tuesday. The Finnish native has five points in his last three games played. So far this season, Kuokkanen has recorded a goal and five assists. Kuokkanen is playing on the left side on the Devils third line. He averages 12:13 of ice time per game. New Jersey will again be in action Thursday, facing the Boston Bruins.
