Ryan Dzingel Will Miss Saturday Game Versus Philadelphia
Arizona Coyotes center Ryan Dzingel will miss Saturday night's game against the Philadelphia Flyers due to an upper-body injury. It is believed Dzingel suffered the injury during the third period of Arizona's 3-1 loss to the Florida Panthers. He played just 9:49 in the game on Friday (14 shifts). Dzingel was mostly playing on the third or fourth line. He totaled just four points in 16 games. The forward has so little fantasy value at this point. It is hard to believe he scored 26 goals just three seasons ago.
Arizona Coyotes winger Ryan Dzingel (upper body) will be back in action on Thursday against his former team, the Blue Jackets. He got hurt very early in the season and has skated in just six games, last appearing on Oct. 25. Dzingel has two assists to his name this term with seven shots. The Coyotes have looked so poor this season that even a prime Wayne Gretzky might not help them much, but Dzingel has registered a pair of 20-goal campaigns in his career and should provide at least a slight boost to the league's worst offense.
Ryan Dzingel Makes Season Debut Tonight In Calgary
Ottawa Senators forward Ryan Dzingel will play in his first game of the year since being acquired from Carolina on February 13th. Dzingel played his first four years of his career as a Senator, compiling 62 goals and 64 assists in 247 contests. He is slotted to play on the fourth line tonight against Calgary. The former Carolina Hurricane is rostered by just two percent of Yahoo! fantasy participants. Look for that percentage to rise as Dzingel gets comfortable with his new teammates.
