FantasyData has re-opened its writers’ wanted application for 2024. If you’re interested in creating content in sports, please take the time to read over this page and fill out an application in full at the bottom.
- Compensation: All writers on our team will be paid for their work, along with getting access to FantasyData for research for your content.
- Exposure: Get exposure to your work in the fantasy industry. Many writers who have worked with our Director of Content have gone on to bigger and better things. Andrew Erickson started with FantasyData. Eric Moody wrote for FantasyData before joining ESPN and The Athletic. Jody Smith wrote for us and is now with FullTimeFantasy. The list goes on.

Fantasy Writers (NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA)
FantasyData has multiple openings for Fantasy, DFS, and Sports Betting writers. Please take the time to fill out the application form in detail. We are looking for smart fantasy writers with a track record of success.
Preferred Qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be organized
- Experience playing fantasy sports for at least seven years
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects in a timely fashion
- Formulate informed and entertaining analysis and commentary of the sport’s latest news and hottest topics
Fantasy Football Writers

This part-time position would be helping with customer problems. You would solve FantasyData and Fantasy Football customers’ issues with premium subscriptions and questions.
Qualities
- Knowledge of the four major US sports leagues.
- Great written communication
- Exhibit empathy and patience
Job Responsibilities
- Log in daily to read customer support tickets
- Respond promptly to customers to acknowledge their issue
- Communicate with the dev team to submit bug reports and feature requests
- Communicate with customers the solutions to their problems
