DJ Peters Stats

Texas Rangers outfielder DJ Peters has been someone that isn't talked about much on this roster. However, he put together a solid performance during Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. Peters went 2-for-4 with a home run, double, and three RBI in the 7-6 win. Peters now has 13 homers and driven in 38 RBI on the season. At first glance, those might not seem like decent numbers, but that was all in 51 games. Peters clearly has solid power and should give Texas something to think about heading into the offseason.

Peters went 1-for-5 at the plate, but managed to hit an important three-run home run in the ninth inning. His home run would help the Rangers secure the 7-3 win over the Cleveland Indians. Peters has flashed some signs of power in his brief time in Texas. However, he has not been reliable at the plate and can be ignored in fantasy formats.

The 25-year-old outfielder hasn't done much at the plate this season. In fact, Peters isn't even hitting over the .200 mark, but was able to offer some help on Sunday. It was a nice day at the plate for Peters, but he doesn't offer much upside or play enough to warrant rostering in fantasy formats.
