Patriots Bring In Anthony Gordon And Javon Wims For Workouts
The New England Patriots brought in quarterback Anthony Gordon and wide receiver Javon Wims for a workout on Tuesday. Gordon was most recently with the Kansas City Chiefs this preseason, but lost a battle with veteran quarterback Chad Henne for the No. 2 spot. Wims has spent the all three years of this career with the Chicago Bears, but was cut on August 26. Regardless of if the Patriots sign Wims or Gordon, both can remain on the waiver wire.
