Rhamondre Stevenson  • RB  •  Patriots

Rhamondre Stevenson's Dynasty Outlook Clouded by Crowded New England Backfield

Despite being limited to 14 games by a toe injury, New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson recorded 948 yards from scrimmage and nine touchdowns on 162 touches in 2025. It was a major step forward from an efficiency perspective for Stevenson, who recorded just 21 more scrimmage yards on 78 more touches in 2024. Heading into 2026, Stevenson's workload figures to be limited by the presence of fellow Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson. Stevenson was New England's feature back during its run to the Super Bowl last season, which can't be forgotten. Still, Henderson was a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft who flashed big-play upside as a rookie and could take over more of a true RB1 role in his second season. Even if the workload remains split between the two backs, Stevenson's pathway to consistent fantasy production may require a Henderson injury. In dynasty formats, managers may have one final window to sell high on Stevenson ahead of the 2026 season.

Romeo Doubs  • WR  •  Patriots

Romeo Doubs Offers Dynasty Upside Even as the No. 2 Receiver

New England Patriots wide receiver Romeo Doubs could face some competition soon. The Patriots' plan to acquire A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles is the worst-kept secret in football, and a deal is expected to come together in the month of June. When that happens, Doubs' role will shrink, but we still expect him to remain a fantasy-relevant option for years to come. Drake Maye took a huge step in Year 2, but he was missing a true No. 2 receiver. Doubs will fill that role behind Brown, and the Patriots' offense is successful enough to support two fantasy-relevant wide receivers. Doubs may not be Maye's first read all the time, but he'll also benefit from Brown pulling away opposing teams' No. 1 cornerbacks. All in all, we're not too worried about the Brown trade, and we still think that Doubs, who is signed through 2029, can be a top-36 fantasy receiver for several years to come. At the moment, he ranks as the WR58 in RotoBaller's latest dynasty rankings.

DeMario Douglas  • WR  •  Patriots

A Playing-Time Blockage Could Make DeMario Douglas a Dynasty Drop Candidate

New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas has been an exciting young playmaker when given opportunities through his first three seasons in the league, but a lack of playing time has severely limited his fantasy upside, and nothing about his situation appears to be improving heading into Year 4. After seeing a season-high 63% snap share in a Week 1 loss to the Raiders, Douglas did not top 40% for the rest of the year. The Patriots essentially swapped Stefon Diggs for Romeo Doubs this offseason, which, in theory, should open up more snaps out of the slot, but with the team making significant additions to the tight end and fullback positions, the expectation is that a team that already deployed three-receiver sets at less than a 50% rate in 2025 could trend to even more heavy personnel usage. With New England guaranteeing $35 million to Doubs at signing and still the clear frontrunner to land A.J. Brown after June 1st, Douglas' role could be limited to specific and infrequently used packages in 2026. At RotoBaller's WR125, he still has a place in best ball dynasty leagues, with Josh McDaniels' game-plan-specific offense ever capable of scheming up unexpected matchups, but trying to predict those matchups makes him borderline droppable in all but the deepest lineup leagues.

Jam Miller  • RB  •  Patriots

Jam Miller Has Sneaky Value if He Can Earn a Roster Spot

New England Patriots running back Jam Miller was selected in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and he figures to enter into competition with Lan Larison, Terrell Jennings, and undrafted free agent Myles Montgomery to claim the third running back spot behind Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson. With Josh McDaniels regularly deploying a three-man rotation and most of the moves made by the Patriots this offseason suggesting an emphasis on getting more physical in the running game, whoever wins the job could have sneaky short-term value that could eventually grow into something more. Before tearing his ACL in a 2025 Week 5 win over the Bills, Antonio Gibson had averaged a red zone carry per game and converted one of his two goal-line attempts into a touchdown. While nothing monumental, it's at least enough to keep the role relevant in best ball formats. At RotoBaller's rookie RB12, Miller is going regularly unselected in dynasty rookie drafts, but if he emerges from training camp as the team's third back, he belongs at the bottom of dynasty rosters.

Drake Maye to Make a Big Leap in 2026 in Second Season With Josh McDaniels?

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye could take another leap in 2026 in his second year in offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels' system, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN. Maye was the runner-up in the MVP race last year in his first season playing under McDaniels, completing 72% of his passes for 31 touchdowns and eight interceptions in the regular season before struggling in the playoffs against some of the league's top defenses. Tight end Hunter Henry thinks Maye could be even better in Year 2 with McDaniels, and two key newcomers have noted Maye's ownership of the offense. "To see the growth from, call it last May to the Super Bowl, was really remarkable in my opinion. Now, he's going to have all that to build off going into this offseason of OTAs. He's in meetings; he has extreme ownership over it. Being in the second year in a system is so vital," former NFL QB Brian Hoyer said. Despite a much tougher schedule in 2026, the Patriots are optimistic with Maye at the helm, and RotoBaller has the former North Carolina product ranked as a top-five fantasy QB in redraft leagues.

Drake Maye  • QB  •  Patriots

Is Drake Maye Becoming the Most Valuable Player in Superflex Dynasty Leagues?

In what was his first full season as a starter, New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye missed out on the MVP award by a single first-place vote in what was the closest MVP race in over 20 years. He did so at the age of 23 with a league-average offensive line and one of the weaker receiving rooms in the league. Heading into 2026, the Patriots have invested heavily in the line through both free agency and the draft, and they remain the odds-on favorite to land three-time Pro Bowler A.J. Brown on or after June 1st. In what will be only his second season in Josh McDaniels' complicated system, there should be an expectation of more nuance and wrinkles as the offensive identity is further molded around Maye's unique, fantasy-friendly skill set. Yet to turn 24 years old, Maye is RotoBaller's dynasty QB2, but should things continue to progress in an environment that already looks better on paper, he could claim the top spot as early as this season and keep it for some time.

Mack Hollins  • WR  •  Patriots

Should Managers Trade for Mack Hollins Amid Roster Questions?

New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins' role isn't perfectly clear ahead of the 2026 season, as there continue to be plenty of questions and moving parts in Foxborough. Most notably, we still don't know whether the Patriots will trade for A.J. Brown, a move widely reported but not yet official. If Brown does head to New England, Hollins would fall to fourth on the depth chart behind Brown, Romeo Doubs, and Kayshon Boutte. However, other questions also exist in regard to the depth chart. Most notably, Boutte's role is uncertain, as he continues to skip offseason workouts in search of a new contract. It's possible that Boutte could be traded (perhaps to the Eagles for Brown), and if that happens, it'd be great news for Hollins. Regardless of how the rest of New England's offseason shakes out, Hollins proved last year that he deserves to have a prominent role in this offense going forward. He served as one of Drake Maye's favorite targets, catching 46 passes for 550 yards and two touchdowns over 15 games. His best stretch came from Week 7-16, when he ranked as the WR39 and averaged 7.4 fantasy points per game (half-PPR). He wasn't a dependable WR3/flex every single week, but he was on the fantasy radar more often than not, giving managers a potential starter in deeper leagues. If he keeps it up in 2026, he'll remain a low-cost, low-risk receiver with WR3/flex upside.

Kyle Williams  • WR  •  Patriots

Kyle Williams Bulks Up, Ready to Make Year 2 Leap

New England Patriots second-year wide receiver Kyle Williams increased his protein intake in the offseason and is now at 193 pounds after playing at "185 soaking wet" as a rookie in 2025, according to Mark Daniels of MassLive.com. Williams, the 69th overall pick in the third round last year, finished with 10 catches, 209 yards, and three touchdowns in his first year in the NFL. The 5-foot-11 wideout has elite speed and had some impressive highlight-reel touchdowns, but he caught only 42.9% of his targets from quarterback Drake May, and he knew that he needed to improve his playing strength. "I knew that I needed to get my lower half stronger and bulk up a little bit, coming across the middle, getting off and press and all that type of stuff. So that was one of my biggest emphases, mobility and just putting on a little weight," Williams said. The former Washington State product is still an enticing long-term dynasty hold, but in redraft leagues in 2026, he could be hard-pressed for a significant role after the Patriots signed Romeo Doubs in free agency. New England is also expected to trade for Pro Bowl receiver A.J. Brown at some point, which could push Williams further down the WR depth chart.

Kayshon Boutte  • WR  •  Patriots

Kayshon Boutte Working Out Away From the Team

New England Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte has not been included with the rest of the wideouts during offseason workouts and has been working out away from the facilities, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN. The Patriots cut Stefon Diggs in the offseason, but they signed former Packers wideout Romeo Doubs in free agency and are expected to acquire Pro Bowl receiver A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles after June 1, which will push the 24-year-old Boutte further down the depth chart in New England. The former sixth-round pick in 2023 out of LSU caught a career-best six touchdown passes in 14 regular-season games (10 starts) in 2025 in his third year in the league, but it came with a disappointing 33 receptions (46 targets) for just 551 yards. He has been the subject of offseason trade rumors, and he could very well be on the move if the Pats land Brown, as expected. Boutte is in the final year of his rookie deal and would probably benefit from a change of scenery. He has fallen all the way to WR68 in RotoBaller's 2026 WR rankings.

Hunter Henry  • TE  •  Patriots

Hunter Henry Profiles as a Dynasty Sell-High Candidate Entering 2026

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry had one of the best years of his career in 2025, recording 60 receptions for 768 yards and seven touchdowns on 87 targets across 17 games. Henry's seven scores led Patriots pass-catchers, and he finished second on the team in both catches and receiving yards behind only veteran wideout Stefon Diggs. Henry enters 2026 atop New England's tight end depth chart, and he has established a nice chemistry in the red zone with Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. However, New England used a third-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft on Notre Dame tight end Eli Raridon. With Henry entering his age-32 season and the final year of his current contract with the Patriots, his long-term future with the team could be in question. In dynasty formats, managers may want to explore sell-high opportunities on Henry before it's too late.

TreVeyon Henderson  • RB  •  Patriots

TreVeyon Henderson's Dynasty Outlook Clouded By Split Backfield in New England

The 38th overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson routinely flashed high-end upside in his first NFL season on his way to a third-place finish in the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year award voting. Across 17 games, Henderson recorded 1,132 yards from scrimmage and 10 touchdowns on 215 touches. However, Henderson failed to fully seize the Patriots' backfield from veteran running back Rhamondre Stevenson, who finished the year with 948 yards from scrimmage and nine touchdowns on 162 touches across 14 games. Stevenson also dominated backfield work during the Patriots' postseason run, out-touching Henderson 70 to 35. While Henderson could see his role expand in his second year, concerns about his ability to be a consistent between-the-tackles runner could hold him back from a true RB1 workload. Henderson remains a high-upside dynasty running back, but his week-to-week production could remain inconsistent as long as Stevenson is healthy.

Deep Threat Kyle Williams Facing Uphill Battle for Playing Time

New England Patriots wide receiver Kyle Williams flashed upside as a big-play threat down the field in 2025 in his first year in the NFL after the Patriots selected him 69th overall in the third round out of Washington State. The 23-year-old pass-catcher caught 10 of his 21 targets for 209 yards (20.9 yards per reception) and found the end zone three times in his 17 regular-season games. He caught two of six targets for 14 yards in four playoff games. The speedy 5-foot-11, 190-pounder never really capitalized on an opportunity to establish himself as a consistent weapon during quarterback Drake Maye's breakout last year, and things won't get any easier for him going forward despite the departure of Stefon Diggs. The Patriots signed Romeo Doubs in free agency and are expected to acquire Pro Bowler A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles after June 1. The Pats also still have Mack Hollins, Kayshon Boutte, and DeMario Douglas, so a path for Williams to carve out an expanded role going forward for dynasty managers is not a given. Williams is an intriguing downfield threat because of his speed, but he's currently the No. 89 receiver in RotoBaller's WR dynasty rankings.

Kayshon Boutte  • WR  •  Patriots

Kayshon Boutte in a Likely No-Win Scenario for 2026

New England Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte was one of Drake Maye's favorite targets in a brilliant 2025 campaign that nearly landed the 23-year-old quarterback the MVP. However, there may be no player more impacted by the trade of A.J. Brown, a deal many dynasty managers are already viewing as an inevitability. Should Boutte stick in New England, he could struggle to find reliable snaps in an offense featuring two new outside receivers in Brown and big-ticket free agent acquisition Romeo Doubs. Meanwhile, Boutte's name has also come up as a player who could be heading to Philadelphia as part of the Brown deal, which would put him in another crowded room in a low-volume passing offense. Boutte proved himself one of the most efficient downfield receivers in the league in 2025, but regardless of where he plays in 2026, his dynasty value (currently RotoBaller's WR74) is almost certain to take a further hit.

Rhamondre Stevenson  • RB  •  Patriots

Rhamondre Stevenson a Quality Dynasty Target in a Still-Improving Offense

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson finished 2025 with 948 yards from scrimmage and nine touchdowns, good enough for an RB25 finish despite missing three games. Heading into his sixth season, however, the 28-year-old former fourth-round pick has fallen to RB44 in RotoBaller's dynasty rankings, largely on the assumption that second-year back TreVeyon Henderson will take over a larger share of the Patriots' backfield. Even if true, New England projects to have one of the best rushing attacks in the NFL in 2026 after continuing to invest in the offensive line, as well as fullback and tight end. Should the team add current Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown on or after June 1st, pairing the three-time Pro Bowler with 2025 MVP runner-up Drake Maye, the offense as a whole could take a massive leap forward. With three years remaining on the extension he signed in 2024, Stevenson should continue to see enough involvement to outperform his current cost to acquire before even factoring in the insurance upside of splitting work with a back who has missed significant time to injuries dating back to his college days.

Romeo Doubs  • WR  •  Patriots

Romeo Doubs' Buy Window Could Soon Be Wide Open

When wide receiver Romeo Doubs signed a four-year, $68 million deal with the New England Patriots, he shot all the way up to WR35 in consensus dynasty rankings, but with A.J. Brown all but assumed to be joining the team on or after June 1st, he has fallen nearly 15 spots in those same rankings. When or if a trade for Brown does become official, the inevitable dip to Doubs' value could make him one of the most attractive trade-for candidates in dynasty leagues. He will still be tied to 23-year-old MVP runner-up Drake Maye for the foreseeable future, and with many presuming that a trade for Brown could include downfield specialist Kayshon Boutte heading to Philadelphia, Doubs' role in two-receiver sets could be secure. His ceiling would obviously be capped in an offense with the three-time Pro Bowler Brown, but with the latter turning 29 in June, there is a world in which the 26-year-old Doubs could see his role continue to grow as the Patriots build an offense around Maye. At RotoBaller's dynasty WR58, the market has already punished Doubs for the presumed trade, but should managers essentially double-count the deal once it becomes official, he becomes an even more obvious buy.

Drake Maye  • QB  •  Patriots

Drake Maye's Shoulder Doing "Great"

When asked about the shoulder injury that bothered New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (shoulder) down the stretch last year, he said he's doing "great," according to The Associated Press. "Nothing, nothing, no problems at all," Maye said, adding that he didn't require surgery. The 23-year-old former third overall pick out of North Carolina in 2024 finished second in the MVP voting in 2025 after an amazing regular season thanks to a soft schedule, but he really struggled in four postseason games, completing 70 of his 120 pass attempts for 828 yards, six touchdowns, and four interceptions while taking 21 sacks. Maye required a pain-killing injection in his right shoulder before the Super Bowl loss to the Seattle Seahawks, but his shoulder is all systems go this offseason, and he shouldn't have any physical limitations going into Year 3. Some fantasy managers will want Maye to prove it again in 2026, but after an outstanding sophomore season, RotoBaller has him ranked as a top-five QB. The Pats added receiver Romeo Doubs in free agency, and Maye's fantasy stock in redraft and dynasty formats will only be boosted if they trade for A.J. Brown, as is expected.

Mack Hollins  • WR  •  Patriots

Mack Hollins a Dynasty Faller as Patriots Re-Tool the Offense

New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins was an underrated piece of New England's deep playoff run, proving himself a trusted target to Drake Maye in some of the season's biggest moments. His 46 catches for 550 yards in 2025 were the second-highest totals of his nine-year career. Unfortunately, heading into 2026, his role in the offense is being squeezed in from all sides. The free agent acquisition of Romeo Doubs and a presumed trade for A.J. Brown will likely limit Hollins' opportunities in two-receiver sets, and while he spent nearly a quarter of his time in the slot in 2025, providing a bigger body who can help out in the running game, much of that role could be inherited by 2026 third-round pick Eli Raridon. The incoming rookie spent more time in the slot than as an inline tight end in his final, and most productive, season at Notre Dame. With Hunter Henry and 2025 third-round pick Kyle Williams still on the roster, some of the team's new additions finding the field could mean reduced opportunities for Hollins. The soon-to-be 33-year-old veteran will still have his moments, but outside of best ball formats, he will offer little upside from the end of the bench, and his sinking dynasty value is reflected by RotoBaller's WR147 ranking.

Hunter Henry's Long-Term Future in New England in Question After NFL Draft?

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry was a steady contributor in 2025, hauling in 60 receptions for 768 yards and seven touchdowns on 87 targets across 17 games. The veteran established excellent red zone chemistry with Patriots quarterback Drake Maye and led New England in touchdown catches. However, Henry's long-term future with the Patriots may be in question after New England used a third-round pick on Notre Dame tight end Eli Raridon in the 2026 NFL Draft. While Henry still projects to open the upcoming year atop the Patriots' tight end depth chart, 2026 will be his age-32 season and is also the final season on his current contract. In dynasty formats, Henry's value is in question following the NFL Draft.

Eli Raridon  • TE  •  Patriots

Eli Raridon's Dynasty Stock Rising Following NFL Draft

After recording 32 receptions for 482 yards and zero touchdowns across 12 games as a senior at Notre Dame in 2025, tight end Eli Raridon was selected in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. Raridon is considered a developmental prospect as a receiver but offers three-down potential and graded out as a solid athlete relative to his position at this year's Draft Combine. The Patriots have veteran Hunter Henry firmly atop their tight end depth chart, which could limit Raridon's fantasy upside as a rookie. However, Raridon should be the favorite to earn the TE2 role in New England. With Henry entering his age-32 season in 2026, Raridon could emerge as the tight end of the future for the Patriots if he holds his own in his first NFL season. Raridon is unquestionably a tight end name worth monitoring for dynasty managers heading into 2026.

TreVeyon Henderson  • RB  •  Patriots

Run-Heavy Apparoach Set to Benefit TreVeyon Henderson?

New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson should benefit from the team's anticipated run-heavy approach in 2026. As it stands, the Patriots' receiving corps has taken a step backward this offseason, with Stefon Diggs essentially being replaced by Romeo Doubs. Without a flashy new weapon for Drake Maye to throw to, all signs point to the Patriots running the ball a lot in 2026. That falls in line with what we saw last year, when Henderson and Rhamondre Stevenson combined for 310 carries. Both Henderson and Stevenson were top-25 backs in fantasy football, and we could see a similar result in 2026. Even though Henderson has second-round draft capital, the Patriots appear committed to getting Stevenson heavily involved. That's what a run-heavy approach bodes well for Henderson -- there will be more carries to go around, and Henderson will have an opportunity to put up RB2 numbers in fantasy football even if Stevenson is getting double-digit touches per game.
