The Philadelphia Eagles selected Colorado linebacker Davion Taylor with the No. 103 overall pick in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Taylor uses his speed to succeed at 6-foot-1, 228 pounds, and he was even used at cornerback at times in college. He's a rangy prospect that reads plays quickly and plays through blocks. He fits a big linebacking and coverage need for a Philadelphia defense that has repeatedly been beat through the air in recent seasons. While he may not make a huge impact on defense right away, at least not in a three-down role, he should make an immediate impact on special teams.
