Dennis Kelly Signs With Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles signed free-agent veteran offensive lineman Dennis Kelly to an undisclosed deal on Wednesday, according to a source. Kelly has 54 career NFL starts, including 15 in his first stint with the Eagles from 2012 to 2015. The Eagles took Kelly in the fifth round back in 2012. After three years in Philly, he spent five years with the Tennessee Titans before playing for the Green Bay Packers in 2021 and the Indianapolis Colts last year. The 33-year-old brings plenty of experience back to the reigning NFC champions with 130 career games (54 starts). Kelly played in 16 games with the Colts a year ago, starting three contests.

Dennis Kelly Joins Colts

Free-agent offensive tackle Dennis Kelly has agreed to a deal with the Indianapolis Colts. The 32-year-old is expected to compete with Bernhard Raimann for the starting left tackle spot in training camp. The nine-year tackle has been a bit of a swing man throughout his career. He started 16 games with the Tennessee Titans in 2020, but played a backup role with the Green Bay Packers last season. A decent signing to help bulk up the offensive line for quarterback Matt Ryan.

Ravens To Visit With Dennis Kelly

The Baltimore Ravens are scheduled to visit with former Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Dennis Kelly this weekend, according to a source. It comes after the team traded offensive tackle Orlando Brown to the Kansas City Chiefs earlier this week in exchange for a handful of 2021 and 2022 draft picks, including KC's first-round pick this year. The Ravens also met with Pittsburgh Steelers free-agent offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva, and they are expected to sign him after the draft. Kelly started all 16 games for the Titans last year and would give Baltimore some additional offensive line depth. Even with Brown being traded, Kelly would be unlikely to start for the Ravens next year, especially if they also add Villanueva.

Titans Re-Signing Dennis Kelly

The Tennessee Titans are re-signing offensive tackle Dennis Kelly to a three-year, $21 million deal on Monday, according to a source. The deal will include $8.75 million in guarantees. With Jack Conklin signing with the Browns on Monday, Kelly will have a chance to take over the starting right tackle job in 2020 and beyond. The 30-year-old out of Purdue has spent the last four seasons with the Titans, but he hasn't started more than six games in any single season with them. That should change moving forward. The move from Conklin to Kelly will be a downgrade for both quarterback Ryan Tannehill and running back Derrick Henry.
