Metcalf had an impressive 10.37-second time in the 100-meter dash at the 2021 USATF Golden Games. Allen placed second with a time of 13.04 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles in the USATF New York Grand Prix in June. It put him in a tie for fourth-fastest in the world in 2023. The 28-year-old made the Eagles' practice squad last year, but he has yet to play in an NFL game.

The former Oregon Duck has an outside chance at making the roster due to the depth at the position, but if he does, he will be a situational deep ball threat for Jalen Hurts while likely contributing on special teams. Allen carries little fantasy value unless a slew of injuries were to occur.
