The Houston Texans have signed running back and kick returner Jordan Todman, who spent 2016 with the Indianapolis Colts. Todman comes to Houston at a time where they are dealing with minor injuries to many of the running backs on the roster and are missing Will Fuller (collarbone), who was expected to be the team's primary returner. Todman likely won't be a factor in Houston's offense, but he could carve out a role as a returner until Fuller comes back from injury. In leagues with return yardage, Todman could hold some value, but he should likely be avoided in most formats.
