49ers Hire Ken Norton Jr. As Assistant Head Coach
The San Francisco 49ers announced a variety of coaching hires earlierMonday,including the hiring of Ken Norton Jr. as assistant head coach and inside linebackers coach. The 49ers also hired Johnny Holland to be their run-game specialist and outside linebackers coach Michael Clay to be their assistant special teams coach. Norton Jr. was most recently the defensive coordinator for the Raiders from 2015-2017.
