Larry Ogunjobi News
Free-agent defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi re-signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday on a three-year deal that will pay him $21.75 million in the first two years of the deal, according to a source. The 28-year-old played his first season with the Steelers in 2022 and finished with 48 tackles (25 solo), 1.5 sacks, seven tackles for loss and 11 QB hits in 16 starts. He played only 615 defensive snaps, which is a big reason why he went from a career-high seven sacks in 2021 with the Cincinnati Bengals to just 1.5 in 2022. In what will likely be a rotational role on the defensive line again in 2023 with Pittsburgh, Ogunjobi can be ignored in IDP fantasy leagues.

Larry Ogunjobi Upgraded To Questionable
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi (toe) has been upgraded to questionable for the Week 17 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. The former third round pick is dealing with a toe issue, but has played in every game since Week 10. The expectation is that he'll be able to suit up for this contest. That is good news as Ogunjobi will be a key factor in attempting to slow down the Ravens running game. He has 43 tackles, six tackles for loss, and 0.5 sacks through 14 games this season.

Larry Ogunjobi Signs With Steelers
Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi signed an undisclosed one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, according to a source. Ogunjobi will have now played for the Cleveland Browns, the Bengals and the Steelers in the AFC North. The 28-year-old pass-rusher had a career-high seven sacks while adding 49 tackles (29 solo), 12 tackles for loss and 16 QB hits in 16 starts for Cincinnati last year, and he'll be a starting-caliber run defender in the middle for the Steelers this year. Ogunjobi signed a three-year, $40.5 million deal with the Chicago Bears in free agency, but the deal was nullified after he failed a physical.

Larry Ogunjobi Visiting With Steelers
Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi, who recorded seven sacks last year, is visiting with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, according to a source. Ogunjobi recently visited with the New York Jets in early May. The 28-year-old signed a three-year, $40.5 million deal with the Chicago Bears this offseason, but it fell apart after a failed physical. Ogunjobi had surgery on his right foot, so he'll need to prove that he's past that in order for another team to take a chance on him. When he's healthy, he's a starting-caliber run-stopper who also had 49 tackles (29 solo), 12 tackles for loss and 16 QB hits to go along with his career-high seven sacks in 16 starts for the Bengals in the regular season in 2021.

Larry Ogunjobi Visits With Jets
Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi spent the last two days visiting with the New York Jets, according to a source. Ogunjobi reportedly signed a three-year, $40.5 million deal with the Chicago Bears earlier this offseason, but the deal fell through due to a failed physical related to an ongoing issue with his surgically repaired right foot. The 27-year-old picked up the injury in the wild-card win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Ogunjobi might be in better health now as he looks to ink another deal with a team, and it's possible that the Bears may have interest in revisiting him if he can pass a physical. In 16 regular season starts for Cincy last year, Ogunjobi had 49 tackles (29 solo), 12 tackles for loss, 16 QB hits and a career-high seven sacks.

Larry Ogunjobi Placed On Injured Reserve
The Cincinnati Bengals placed defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi (foot) on Injured Reserve on Monday due to a right foot injury that he suffered in Saturday's wild-card win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Ogunjobi had to be carted off the field on Saturday and will miss the rest of the postseason. With the 27-year-old out for the Divisional Round matchup against the Tennessee Titans this weekend, B.J. Hill, Josh Tupou and Tyler Shelvin could all see more playing time. In 16 games in the regular season, Ogunjobi had 49 tackles (29 solo), 12 tackles for loss, 16 QB hits and a career-high seven sacks for the Bengals defense. He was unable to record a single tackle while playing only 28 defensive snaps in the wild-card game before his injury.

Bengals Sign Larry Ogunjobi
The Cincinnati Bengals signed former Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi to an undisclosed one-year deal. The 26-year-old started all but two games for the Browns in the last three seasons, racking up 13.5 sacks. However, he was only able to sack the opposing quarterback 2.5 times in 2020. He ranked 55th in the league last season with a run-block win rate of 29.5 percent and was 37th in pass-rush win rate. Ogunjobi has 180 tackles, 14.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 60 career games over four seasons with Cleveland after he was a third-round pick in 2017. He will provide Cincy with an interior pass-rusher to help a defense that finished last in the league in sacks in 2020. Ogunjobi's signing could be big if the Bengals part ways with long-time defensive lineman Geno Atkins.
