Latavius Murray News
Baltimore Ravens running back Latavius Murray (ankle) played for the first time since Week 6. However, he couldn't get anything going, as the veteran had just 32 yards off 10 carries. He took a backseat to Devonta Freeman, who had 16 touches for 49 yards along with a late fourth-quarter touchdown to seal the win for his team. Nonetheless, Murray should have some more effective fantasy performances. However, he will remain a risky option moving forward, mainly since he likely will be routinely relegated to a lesser role behind Freeman and Lamar Jackson.
Baltimore Ravens running back Latavius Murray (ankle) and wide receiver Devin Duvernay (knee) are both active in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears after getting questionable tags on the final injury report. Murray will be returning after a three-game absence and will likely return to a committee approach in the backfield that also includes Devonta Freeman and Ty'Son Williams. But after coming back from a long layoff and with quarterback Tyler Huntley starting over an ill Lamar Jackson, fantasy managers would be wise to avoid Baltimore's RB situation this weekend. Duvernay should be the team's No. 3 receiver with Marquise Brown (thigh) out, but again, trusting anyone in Baltimore offense with Huntley running the show on Sunday may not be the smartest plan.
Baltimore Ravens running back Latavius Murray (ankle), who hasn't played since Week 6, will return to action against the Bears on Sunday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Over the course of six games since signing with the Ravens, Murray has posted 212 rushing yards and four touchdowns. He should garner respectable usage in his first game back, but it's possible that he falls into a secondary role behind Devonta Freeman, who has totaled 233 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns over his last four contests. As such, fantasy managers should treat Murray as a low-end RB3 for the time being.
