Griffin finds his way to Chicago, where he'll likely compete with Jesper Horsted for the backup role behind unquestioned starter Cole Kmet.

Between two years with the Saints and seven with the Buccaneers, Griffin has attempted just four passes all of which came in one game (Week 9, 2019, against the Colts). Currently 32 years old, he'll compete with second-year quarterback Kyle Trask for the honor of being named Brady's backup this coming season.

The Jets passing attack in horrendous, so it's tough to trust anyone on this roster right now. That being said, fantasy managers shouldn't be jumping to grab Griffin for their Week 15 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. A defense that has been middle of the road when it comes to stopping tight ends. The Jets don't seem to use the tight end often enough to make Griffin a fantasy option on a weekly basis.

That is good news, so fantasy managers can be hopeful that Griffin will play in Week 14 against the New Orleans Saints. However, Griffin doesn't have much value heading into this contest. He has been held to three receptions or less in every game besides one this season. The Saints have done a solid job at containing tight ends so far this year. At best, Griffin is a desperation PPR option in deep leagues, but isn't worth rostering in most formats.
