The New England Patriots agreed to terms with free-agent tight end Troy Niklas on a one-year deal on Wednesday, according to a source. Niklas was a second-round pick of the Cardinals in 2014 but has dealt with a lot of injuries in his four seasons, catching just 19 passes for 203 yards and three scores in his four seasons. He's a big body but must show that he's healthy in order to serve as the No. 2 to Rob Gronkowski in 2018. Niklas will have zero fantasy value as long as Gronk is healthy.
